Thank you for choosing Karr Food and Entertainment for your catering and event needs. We are pleased to provide you with the following guidelines.

We kindly request that you place a 20% deposit on your quote. Complete menu selections must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. The final head count must be provided 72 hours (3 days) before the event, at which time the quote will be updated to include 7.1% sales tax and a 20% gratuity.  Payments made via credit card will include a 3% fee.

Venue Policies:

Dreez Venue:

  • A minimum spend of $750.00 on food is required, along with a $200 venue fee.

  • Events may start at or after 5pm.

 

The Klub at Ruby View (Off Season):

  •   A minimum spend of $750.00 on food is required, along with a $200 venue fee.

  •   An additional 10% will be added to the bill for the City Fee.

  •   A strict policy prohibits walking or playing on the putting green and greens. A $500 fee will be imposed if the greens are disturbed.

 

The Klub at Ruby View (Golf Season):

  • No minimum spend on food is required.

  • The space is available for small events; however, please note that this is a public golf course.

  • A strict policy prohibits walking or playing on the putting green and greens. A $500 fee will be imposed if the greens are disturbed.

Telescope Lanes, Blind Onion Pizzeria, Silver Street Creamery:

  • Building rentals, catering services, and party reservation options are available. Contact Sonja to discuss options and make arrangements.

 

All venues are subject to cleaning and property damage fees. The use of glitter or confetti is prohibited. No outside food or beverage allowed except birthday cake. You will receive 3 hours of complimentary full building space. After 3 hours, a fee of $100/hour will be charged.

Off-Property Catering Fees:

  • Setup, delivery, staffing, and teardown will incur a charge of $50 per staff member, per hour.

  • Delivery/drop-off orders will incur charges for tax, a 15% gratuity, and a delivery fee (varies by location).

  • Pickup orders will incur charges for tax and a 15% gratuity.
